Thank you for considering Kim Truelove Photography to capture your special memories throughout Central Florida including Orlando, Winter Garden, Windermere, Clermont and surrounding areas.
Lifestyle Session – These sessions are a great opportunity to capture your family in their true form as they interact. I come to your home or a favorite place to help you photograph the joy of bringing a new baby home, playing at the park, to enjoying a favorite activity. All sessions are approximately one hour but can be up to two hours depending on what is happening. My goal is to capture the real connections and love for your family at this special stage of life.
The investment per session is $250 which includes your photography coverage, a digital gallery to view fully edited images. If purchased at the time of booking you can get the full collection of edited images for personal use for an additional $250 – a total of $500 per session.
All prices are subject to change at anytime. Rate and date are not locked in until a non-refundable retainer has been paid. Travel to locations outside of Orlando/Winter Garden are available upon request for an additional charge.

I’m booked, what comes next?
Before your session
Once you have decided to book your session several things will happen. I will send you a new client questionnaire in order to get some additional detailed information about you and your custom session. We will decide on your location and time and add it to the calendar.
At least one week prior to your scheduled session we will have a 10-minute phone consultation to work out any last minute details. If you have any special requests this would be the perfect time to make them.
Also, remember to wear clothing in which you are comfortable in; if you are uncomfortable, that will show in the photographs.
At your session
All sessions are approximately 60 minutes long with the exception of newborn which last anywhere from 2-4 hours.
At the beginning of your session I like to spend a couple of minutes meeting those who will be photographed. Once we have all become acquainted we will get started. I do request that if anyone else is present that they do not follow us and/or take their own personal images. In order to do the best job I can for you I need to have space and your undivided attention.
After your session
Once we have completed your session I will return home and upload/backup all of the images from your event. While I may have taken several of each shot, I will only choose the best to be shown. This means any images that are unusable due to blinks, hair in the face, blur due to movement, etc. will not be shown. I will spend time reviewing your images carefully hand selecting only the BEST for you. You can expect to see a sneak preview on Facebook and/or the Blog within 24-72 hours of your event.
All session galleries will be available to view in 2 weeks. You will receive your final images, print release, and print and frame ordering information by email after the gallery has been posted. (Unless purchased with booking, all images and prints are an additional charge).
Any images that you will be receiving prints of will go through an additional proofing and editing process to ensure the highest quality of prints. All prints and products are done through a high quality and reputable lab. These custom items are usually completed and available for pick-up within two weeks of order date. Custom books can/may take longer.
